Saw one of the recipes from a book and made little modification. Made it for the family on 24 May 2009 and it tasted marvellous! It's really refreshing especially drank after a workout.
¼ lemon
1 apple
½ orange
1 handful of grapes
4 – 5 strawberries
¼ cucumber
10 Ice Cubes
1 cup of Water
