Sushi


Made sushi for my kids on 13 Jul 09. They loved it.
Sushi
1.5 cups of Jap short grain rice
2 cups of water
1/4 cup rice vineger
Seaweed (Jap type for sushi)
Hotdog (boiled and cut into 4 strips)
Tamago (2 eggs, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt - fried the usual way)
Crabstick (boiled and cut into 2 - length-wise)
Mayonaise
Method
1. Wash rice.
2. Add in water and let it cook in rice cooker.
3. When cooked, add in rice vineger and mix well carefully but quickly. We don't want to smash the rice too much.
4. Let rice to cool.
Roll,wrap with favourite ingredients, cut and eat! If not consuming it immediately, use Gladwrap to wrap it and store in fridge.
